About Working with Ashley

The Student Debt Arcatech is designed for working professionals with $30,000 or more in student loan debt who feel overwhelmed, confused, or stuck — and want a real, personalized plan to move forward. If you've been paying on your loans for years and feel like you're not making a dent, or if you have no idea which repayment strategy is right for you, Ashley is the right person to talk to.

No. Your loan servicer's job is to collect payments. Ashley's job is to help you pay as little as necessary, as strategically as possible. Servicers give you options — they don't tell you which one is best for your specific situation. Ashley does. She's also not incentivized by which plan you choose; she's incentivized by you getting to zero balance.

Ashley is a student debt strategist and coach. She is not a licensed attorney or CPA. The Student Debt Arcatech provides educational and strategic coaching services — not legal or financial advice. That said, her lived experience paying off $100,000+ in loans and her deep knowledge of the federal student loan system means she can help you understand your options in ways that generic financial advisors often can't.

All sessions are virtual, conducted via video call. This means Ashley can work with clients anywhere in the United States — and it also means you can schedule sessions at times that actually work for your schedule, without commuting to an office.

After you complete the contact form or reach out, Ashley typically responds within 1-2 business days to discuss your situation and schedule your Blueprint session. Blueprint sessions are usually available within 1-2 weeks, depending on Ashley's availability.

About The Blueprint

Because strategy without information is just guessing. Ashley can't give you useful, specific advice about your situation without understanding your situation. The Blueprint is the process by which she learns everything she needs to know — loan types, balances, income, goals, timeline — and translates that into a real plan. It would be like asking an architect to design your house without knowing what lot it's on.

Ashley will send you a preparation guide after you book. Generally, you'll want to have access to your loan servicer account(s), know your current income and any expected changes, and have a general sense of your goals (rapid payoff, lowest monthly payment, forgiveness eligibility, etc.). The more you can share, the better your Blueprint will be — but Ashley is also skilled at helping clients who don't know where to look.

Consider this: a single wrong decision on student loans — like refinancing federal loans to private before understanding your forgiveness eligibility — can cost tens of thousands of dollars. One of Ashley's clients discovered she would have lost $40,000 in forgiveness by refinancing. The Blueprint paid for itself a hundredfold in that case.

Even if your situation is less dramatic, having a clear, personalized plan saves you years of confusion, stress, and over-paying on interest. Most clients describe the session itself as one of the most clarifying financial conversations they've ever had.

Because of the significant time and personalized effort that goes into every Blueprint, Ashley's services are non-refundable after the strategy session has occurred. If you have concerns before you book, Ashley encourages you to reach out first with any questions. She's happy to have a brief conversation to make sure it's a good fit before you invest.

About Ongoing Programs

No. The Blueprint is a standalone service. Many clients take their written plan and go execute it on their own — and that's a completely valid approach. The Construction Crew and Arcatech's Table are for clients who want ongoing support, accountability, and the ability to adapt their strategy as life changes. Both are optional.

Yes. Both The Construction Crew and The Arcatech's Table are month-to-month memberships with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Ashley doesn't believe in trapping clients who are ready to fly on their own — that's actually the goal.

The Construction Crew ($97/month) is group coaching — you join monthly calls with other Blueprint graduates, share progress, ask questions, and benefit from the collective experience of the community. The Arcatech's Table ($297/month) is 1:1 — you get a private monthly session with Ashley, priority email access, and Blueprint updates as your life evolves. The right choice depends on how much personal attention and adaptability you want.

About Student Loans Generally

This is one of the most important questions to get right — and it depends entirely on your situation. Refinancing can save money on interest, but it converts your federal loans to private loans, permanently removing you from income-driven repayment options, PSLF eligibility, and federal forbearance protections. For some people it makes sense; for others it's a costly mistake. This is exactly the kind of decision The Blueprint is designed to help you make correctly.

Yes — several programs exist and have helped real people eliminate real balances. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) is the most well-known, but there are also income-driven repayment forgiveness programs and state-specific programs. Eligibility depends on your loan types, employer, repayment history, and other factors. Ashley evaluates your specific situation to tell you whether any forgiveness pathway is realistic — and whether it's actually the best strategy compared to aggressive payoff.

Yes. Ashley helps clients with mixed loan portfolios develop cohesive strategies that account for the different rules and options for each loan type. The Blueprint analysis covers all of your loans — federal and private — and your strategy addresses them together.
